Since the end of 2004, we have had a Prayer Shawl Ministry in our church. Some of our ladies have made and given away almost 50 of the shawls to people who were suffering from serious illness, grief or problems of various causes.
The time and yarn are given freely. A beautiful prayer letter is included. In many of the thank-you notes we have received, the letter/prayer were mentioned as being very appreciated.
