Auxiliary: Messiah’s Thrivent group (formerly known as Aid Association for Lutherans, Branch 7492) provides opportunities for service to the community. Since it’s beginning in 1990 we have achieved a "gold star" rating for community service activities. Service projects include building handicapped ramps, helping youth serve, fund raising for disaster relief, educational events, Habitat for Humanity, and meeting individual needs. We meet every 4th Sunday at 9:30 in the Fellowship Hall.

Spiritual Care Groups:  Our ministry is to provide an environment of spiritual care, faith and friendship building through the use of small groups. Groups are under the direction of a group leader and meet at times of their choosing.

Prayer Ministry: Our mission is to bring intercession to God for others in need.  There is a Prayer Chain that takes all calls for prayer (simply call the church office).  Women are knitting beautiful “prayer shawls” that serve as a reminder of God’s promises in prayer.  On Sundays the whole church prays for all.  Prayer is a special part of small group ministries.
